Market Traders Institute (MTI) Ranks Among the 2017 Orlando Sentinel Top 100 Companies
ORLANDO, Fla. (August 28, 2017) Market Traders Institute, a leading provider of online financial education, was recently honored as one of the 2017 Orlando Sentinel Top 100 Companies. The Orlando Sentinel and Best Companies Group created the Top 100 Companies survey to recognize and honor outstanding places of employment in Central Florida.
Companies could only be eligible for consideration if the following criteria were fulfilled:
- Status as a for-profit or not-for-profit business or government entity
- Status as a publicly or privately held business
- Have a facility in Central Florida (Brevard, Flagler, Lake, Marion, Orange, Osceola, Polk, Seminole, Sumter, and Volusia County)
- Have at least 15 employees working in Central Florida
- Must be in business a minimum of one year
The Top 100 Companies accolade is a two-part survey. For the first part each nominated organization was evaluated for its workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems, and demographics. For the second part, an random employee survey was conducted in each organization to measure and catalog employee experience. The results from both were then collated and used to determine the top performing organizations and final rankings. The registration, survey, analysis process, and final rankings were managed and determined by the Best Companies Group.
